Welcome to the Jubilee Park Equitable Development Plan!
This project is all about helping our Jubilee Park (Jubilee) community grow in ways that are equitable, thoughtful, and sustainable. We’re working together to shape a future where everyone has access to good jobs, safe and affordable housing, quality healthcare, and real opportunities to thrive. By listening, learning, and planning together, we can build a stronger neighborhood and a brighter future for all.
Community Engagement:
We believe that lasting solutions come from listening to the people who live, work, and worship here. That’s why this plan is being built through deep community engagement—surveys, focus groups, interviews, and public events. We’re meeting with the community and making sure every voice is heard.

The Jubilee Equitable Development Plan is also grounded in community priorities. We focus on what matters most for long-term wellbeing and shared prosperity for neighbors in Jubilee:

What is equitable development? Making sure long-time residents are helped and heard, old neighbors can return, and new residents can join in building a better community.
Why is this happening in Jubilee? New homes and projects are being built, and residents want to make sure the changes match how they want their neighborhood to grow.
How will this take place? By talking with the community, studying neighborhood history, and using research to create a plan for growth together.
Who is doing this work? Jubilee Park has partnered with C-Suite Equity Consulting, a local firm, to work with neighbors to understand, outline, and reach their goals for the community.
How can I get involved? Join community discussions and participate in the project survey to share your views, ask questions, and engage with other neighbors.
